Injection molding: small vertical injection molding machine processing, recommended injection temperature 180~200 degrees. For other color products, it is recommended to match color powder, which is conducive to dispersion and plasticizing.
TPE raw material for wire: appearance, natural color or translucent plastic particles, can be matched to produce black and other color particles, according to customer requirements can be adjusted to fog surface or bright surface. Hardness 60~80 degrees (ShoreA), specific gravity 0.96~1.05. Flame retardant properties: UL94,HB.
Extrusion processing: TPE line material extrusion processing temperature is 165~175℃.

4. Environmental protection and non-toxic. TPE material is low smoke environmental protection material, the smoke is light and less when burning, no smell of PVC chlorine, TPE does not contain halogen, benzene 16P, non-ylphenol NP, Pahs. Compliance with ROHS,REACH,EN71 environmental testing.
