In the barrel screw system of the hot feeding extruder, the state of the rubber material has no obvious change. At the same time, different types of rubber material can achieve the requirements of feeding rubber material by controlling the time and conditions of the hot smelting machine. 2. Temperature control method and optimization of rubber extruder
In the pneumatic regulating temperature control device, when the temperature measuring element detects the temperature of each section of the cold feeding extruder and converts it into electrical signal, it is input to the temperature display regulator. All the way to the measurement display part of the actual temperature, all the way to the adjustment part and the deviation value compared with the set temperature, the regulator is according to a certain mathematical rule of operation after output a signal to control the heating system and cooling system.
When the temperature of the cylinder is measured and the set temperature value is deviated, the pneumatic regulator sends signal instructions to control the opening of the pneumatic actuator of the heating system and cooling system according to the size and nature of the deviation. If the temperature of the barrel exceeds the set value, the opening of the pneumatic actuator of the cooling system increases, and the cooling water flow increases (or even increases to the full flow). At the same time, the opening of the pneumatic actuator in the heating system is reduced (or even completely closed), so that the temperature of the barrel is reduced to the set temperature value; If the barrel temperature is lower than the temperature set value, reduce the opening of the cooling water system pneumatic actuator to reduce the cooling water flow (or even to zero), and increase the opening of the heating system pneumatic actuator to increase the flow of heating steam (or even increase to the full flow), so that the barrel temperature rises to the set value. This cycle of adjustment to achieve the purpose of temperature control.
3, rubber extruder temperature control machine
Extruder temperature control machine is characterized by simple structure, reliable operation, low cost, but the circulating water temperature is low, generally below 95℃, the need for higher temperature heating extruder should not be used, but the general rubber extruder heating temperature is feasible. Because its circulation loop is open, the water temperature can only be lower than the water's vaporization temperature. If higher temperature is required, you must use a closed hot water circulation temperature control device, which can improve the pressure of circulating water, improve the boiling point of water, the circulating water temperature can reach 130℃.
